Dear bands,

No more bands of blokes with a girl on a microkorg anymore. It is 2010 now not 2007.

However, I am looking forward to the 5 year party, where we all go back to 2005 at the Windmill on Saturday 27th from 2pm.
It is going to be a bit special.
The bands, in no particular order are, The Fades, Ciccone, Bidgie Reef and The Gas, Video Club, The Indelicates, Oliver Levy, Rock N Roll Idiots, The Falling Overs and Myself. An evening that harps back to the days before I had to write Koko and Mirror and certainly before the idle rich bored us with New Rave and dubstep. The days when bands contained interesting people with new original ideas. and heaven forbid, catchy songs that mean something, or nothing.......
Lets get drunk and dance to the longblondes and helen love. suits me.

This Friday night, Shot By Both Sides, also at the windmill brixton with HELMHOLTZ RESONATORS......

Another new band, bass playing in French Electric going well, also taken on vocal and guitar duties in department, with dan Lobster and others.....

Saw and amazing band called the homosexulas on Sat eve at a night organised by Dee Sada at cable street studios. I like it there.

I am also addicted to peppermint tea.

Bands that listen to managment companies whow make them try to sound like the ccurrent big thing are shit. That is obvious but needs to be said.Bands just be yourselves.
